Whether you're joining a live class, exploring the on-demand library, or taking a few quiet moments to meditate, you'll find practices designed to help you build strength, improve balance and mobility, reduce stress, support brain health, and cultivate greater ease in everyday life.

My teaching blends ancient yogic wisdom with evidence-based science to create classes that are accessible, encouraging, and practical for real life. Every practice is an invitation to move with intention, breathe deeply, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Every Body is Welcome

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll find classes that meet you where you are.

My teaching is rooted in simple movement, mindful breathing, and practical tools that support everyday life. I offer clear alignment cues and modifications so you can practice with confidence, regardless of your age, experience, or ability.

My goal is simple: to help you move well, feel well, and live well.

What to Expect

Every class blends movement, breath, mindfulness, and moments of stillness. While each practice has a unique focus, all are designed to help you:

• Build strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility
• Reduce stress and improve sleep
• Support brain health and overall wellbeing
• Increase confidence and independence as you age
• Feel more connected to yourself and your life

My classes integrate the timeless wisdom of yoga with evidence-based approaches to healthy aging, creating practices that are both meaningful and accessible.

For more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of helping people discover that it's never too late to feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.

My hope is that every class leaves you feeling encouraged, capable, and supported, not only in your yoga practice but in your everyday life.
